SVC: The record date for cash dividend payment for 2014

On September 11, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.950/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Saigon General Service Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: September 23, 2015

-          Record date: September 25, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share).

-          Payment date: October 21, 2015

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Saigon General Service Corporation as from October 21, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
