TSC: TSC invests in Sao Nam
According to the resolution dated September 15, 2015, the Board of Directors of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company approved to purchase the shares of Sao Nam Trading Manufacturing and Service Joint Stock Company (hereinafter called “Sao Nam”):
- Buying volume: 3,000,000 shares, or 19.13% charter capital of Sao Nam, increasing the holding ration of TSC in Sao Nam to 46.68%
- Trading time: from September 15, 2015 to September 16, 2015
