-          Name of owner: Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company

-          Charter capital: VND176.271 billion (Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company contributed 100% of the charter capital).

-          Mr. Ho Quynh Hung, Chairman of the BOD cum CEO of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company, was Chairman of the BOD in Dien Quang High-tech Company Limited.
