Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated September 21, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: Members of the Board of Directors approved the business results in 9 months and plan for Quarter 4.2015:

-          Latex exploitation:

• Estimated in 9 months: 583.07 tons of DRC
• Plan for Quarter 4.2015: 538 tons of DRC

-          Rubber processing:

• Estimated in 9 months: 549.7 tons
• Plan for Quarter 4.2015: 525.3 tons

-          Processing and handling of raw cashew nuts:

• Estimated in 9 months: Processing: 566.46 tons; handling: 1,720.38 tons
• Plan for Quarter 4.2015: Processing: 433.54 tons; handling: 399.62 tons

-          Financial norms:

• Revenue in 9 months: VND106 billion (year plan: VND105 billion); Plan for Quarter 4.2015: VND18 billion.  
• Profit before tax in 9 months: VND17.5 billion (year plan: VND3.8 billion); Plan for Quarter 4.2015: VND2.5 billion. 
•  Profit before tax in 9 months: VND8.95 billion (year plan: VND8.5 billion); Plan for Quarter 4.2015: VND11.5 billion. 

Article 2: Member of the Board of Directors approved the cash flow plan from 2015 to 2018.

Article 2: Member of the Board of Directors approved the decision of the Taxation Bureau of Ba Ria – Vung Tau dated September 14, 2015.

Article 4: Members of the Board of Directors, the Directorate are responsible for implementing this resolution.
