CII: CII signs a credit agreement with BIDV

On September 24, 2015, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Hochiminh Branch signed a credit agreement, with a credit limit of VND2,000 billion, to finance the project: Building the infrastructure of North Residential Area and Completing the North-South road in Thu Thiem Urban Area. 

Besides, CII has reached an initial agreement with foreign investors to exploit the land fund in Thu Thiem. CII hopes that an official agreement will be signed before late 2015.
