CII: CII to organize EGM 2015

Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company will organize the 2015 extraordinary general meeting as follows:

-          Meeting date: October 20, 2015

-          Meeting venue: The Meeting Hall of Guest House T78, 145 Ly Chinh Thang, ward 7, district 3, Hochiminh.

-          Contents:

+         To raise the foreign room to stock CII to 100%;

+         To consult shareholders about extending the bond term of convertible bonds for the investors managed by Goldman Sachs;

+         To repurchase 50 million shares with conditions. Deadline for buyback: December 31, 2016;
