PDR: Notice of establishment of subsidiary

On September 18, 2015, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp agreed to contribute capital with investors to establish Phat Dat Nha Trang Investment Joint Stock Company:

-          Name of company: Phat Dat Nha trang Investment Joint Stock Company (*)

-          Address: 238 Pham Van Dong, Thuan Phat, Cam Thuan, Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa

-          Charter capital: VND168 billion

-          Capital structure:

+         Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp contributes capital by assets worth VND162,960,000,000, accounting for 97% of the new company.

+         The partner investor contributes VND5,040,000,000, accounting for 3% of the new company.

-          Representative of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp in Phat Dat Nha Trang Investment Joint Stock Company: Mr. Nguyen Van Dat.
