4)    Total issued volume: 8,351,857 shares

5)    Outstanding volume: 8,351,857 shares

6)    Treasury volume: 0 shares

7)    Expected issue volume: 5,428,706 shares. Of which:

-          To pay dividends: 1,252,778 shares

-          To increase its share capital from the owner’s capital: 4,175,928 shares

8)    Total issue value: VND54,287,060,000.

9)    Issue ratio: 65% (to pay dividends: 15%, to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital: 50%)

10) Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit and the investment development fund.
