On September 07, the Board of Directors of South Logistics JSC decided:

-          To assign Mr. Le Ba Tho as a representative for 36% stake of South Logistics JSC in South Port JSC.

-          To assign Mr. Do Hoang Phuong as a representative for 15% stake of South Logistics JSC in South Port JSC.
