Hoa Sen Group announced the Board resolution regarding the supplementation to the plan of sale of treasury shares:

-          Principle to determine price: according to Resolution No.44 dated July 31, 2015 and allowed to be traded outside the price range under HOSE’s regulations.

-          Trading time: after receiving the approval from the State Securities Commission.
