On September 09, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.407/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Phu Thinh Metallurgy Joint Stock Company (stock code: PTK) into warning status as from September 16, 2015.

Reason: The Company frequently violated the regulations on disclosure of information according on the stock market.
