SGT: SGT changed from supervision status to warning status
On September 09, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.406/QD-SGDHCM to release the stock of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (code: SGT) from the special supervision status and change it to the warning status as of September 11, 2015.
Reason: The Company had a profit, but still had a cumulative loss because the profit after tax of the parent company’s shareholders in the first six months of 2015 is 13.71 billion dongs and the undistributed profit after tax by June 30, 2015 is -289.13 billion dongs.
