-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND179,198,430,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 273,919,843 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND2,739,198,430,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 11, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase capital.
