VNM: Decision on the change of listing

On September 08, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.401/QD-SGDHCM to allow Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 1,000,641,399 shares

-         Additional volume: 200,020,794 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND2,000,207,940,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 1,200,662,193 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND12,006,621,930,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 10, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase charter capital.
