HTL: Dividend payment & Extraordinary general meeting 2015

According to the board resolution dated September 21, 2015, Truong Long Engineering and Auto Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)     To pay the first dividend installment of 2015 in cash. Ratio: 50% par value (VND5,000 for a share). Payment date: in November or December 2015.

2)     To organize the 2015 extraordinary general meeting in November or December 2015.
