VNS: The record date for the first cash dividend payment for 2015

On September 22, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.980/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Vietnam Sun Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: October 06, 2015

-          Record date: October 08, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: October 22, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vietnam Sun Corporation (Address: 648 Nguyen Trai, ward 11, district 5, Hochiminh) as from October 22, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
