HLG: Hoang Long approves the transfer of stake

1)     Approve to transfer the whole stake in HoangLong Aqua Farming Co., Ltd. 

-          Estimated transfer price: VND6 billion

-          Estimated transfer date: August 31, 2015.

2)     Approve to transfer the whole stake in  Hoang Long Seafood Processing  Co., Ltd., including the stake of Hoang Long Seafood Processing  Co., Ltd. in Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company:

-          Estimated transfer price: VND102 billion

-          Estimated transfer date: August 31, 2015.

3)     Approve to acquisition the whole stake in Mekong Aquafeed:

-          Estimated transfer price: VND100 billion.

-          Financial resource for acquisition: the transfer amount from HoangLong Aqua Farming Co., Ltd. and Hoang Long Seafood Processing  Co., Ltd.  

-          Estimated transfer date: August 31, 2015.
