DIG: Board resolution on stock issuance

The Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation on September 22 approved to issue bonus shares for the year 2014 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 8% (Those whose owns 100 shares will receive 08 new shares)

-          The bonus shares will be rounded, and fractional parts (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Financial resource: VND158,914,896,000 from the owner’s equity (the capital surplus from the private placement in 2009)
