HDG: HDG contributes capital in An Thinh Company

Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company has signed sale and purchase agreements for the whole shares owned by three shareholders Mr. Doan Hieu Minh, Mr. Doan Van Thuc and An Xuan Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 81.4% stake of An Thinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company expected to complete the procedures for transferring 6,515,200 shares of An Thinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company to shareholders and receive the project “Improving Apartment Building L1,2” in September 2015.
