BIC: BIC approved the private placement

On September 01, 2015, the State Securities Commission issued Official Document No.5615/UCK-QLPH regarding the private placement of BIDV Insurance Corporation. Accordingly, the State Securities Commission received the registration documents of private placement, and asked BIDV Insurance Corporation to implement the private placement.
