VNG: Cancel the 2015 extraordinary general meeting

On August 27, 2015, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company approved the cancellation of extraordinary general meeting so that the Company has more time to prepare the documents of merger before submitting them to the general meeting of shareholders.
