BCG: Bamboo Capital invests in ACG Vietnam

On September 03, 2015, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital JSC approved the capital contribution in ACG Vietnam JSC as follows:

-          Company: ACG Vietnam JSC

-          Address: L14-08B, Vincom Building, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh city.

-          Charter capital: VND550 billion

-          Capital contributed by Bamboo Capital JSC: VND280 billion, accounting for 50.9% stake of ACG Vietnam JSC.

-          Representative of Bamboo Capital JSC at ACG Vietnam JSC: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hien
