-       Mr. Bui Tuong Dinh has resigned from Director with effect since 12/08/2015.

-       Mr. Bui Huu Duong has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 12/08/2015.

-       Mr. Pham Anh Tuan has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 12/08/2015.
