NBB: SSC receives the document of bond offering of NBB

On August 20, 2015, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued a dispatch regarding the private placement of convertible bonds of NBB Investment Corporation. Accordingly, SSC requested NBB to implement the private placement in accordance with the plan as registered.

At the same time, SSC approved to fix the foreign ownership ratio at 41% charter capital of NBB. The effective period will be from August 20, 2015 to the ending date of bond conversion. After that time, NBB will fulfill procedures to re-register the foreign ownership ratio under the laws.
