FCN: Fecon to issue convertible bonds

On August 19, 2015, the Board of Directors of Fecon Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction JSC (FECON) approved a plan for private placement of convertible bonds 2014 (the remaining part) according to the resolution of annual general meeting of shareholders dated April 24, 2015, as follows:

(i)             Issue VND71,915,000,000 convertible bonds in September 2015 to the fourth investors;

(ii)            Find and select investors to issue the remaining convertible bonds with the total value of VND100,000,000,000 in Quarter I/2016.
