TSC: The BOD\u0027s resolution of capital contribution

Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company discloses the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approving capital contribution by buying shares of TSC Seeds Corp. - TSS (*):

-         Capital contributed by TSC: 12,000,000,000 dongs (24% of TSS charter capital)

-         Ownership percentage after the capital contribution: 75%

-         Implement time: 29 Jun. 2015 – 30 Jun. 2015

Article 3: The resolution is valid as from 29 Jun. 2015.
