D2D: D2D withdraws capital in a subsidiary

On June 25, 2015, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 (D2D) completed procedures to withdraw capital in subsidiary Nhon Trach 2 Concrete Structure JSC (N2C). Therefore, after the capital withdrawal, D2D owns 1,800,000 shares, equivalent to VND18 billion, accounting for 15.79% charter capital of N2C, and N2C is not a subsidiary of D2D any longer.
