2)     Stock type: common stock

3)     Par value: VND10,000/share

4)     Total number of shares: 10,317,704 shares

5)     Number of outstanding shares: 10,307,701 shares

6)     Number of treasury shares: 10,003 shares

7)     Number of estimated issue shares: 515,385 shares

8)     Total issue value: VND5,153,850,000

9)     Issue ratio (Estimated issue shares/Outstanding shares): 5.0%

10)  Transfer restriction period: 02 years from the ending date of the issuance.

11)  Time of implementation: July2015.
