HOSE announces the record date for bonus stock issuance of Van Phat Hung Corporation:

-             Stock symbol    : VPH

-             Stock type        : Common Stock

-             Par value           : VND10,000

-             Ex-right date      : July 16, 2015

-             Record date       : July 20, 2015

-             Purpose            : to pay bonus shares to increase capital from the owner’s equity.

-             Exercise ratio    : 2:1 (each shareholder who owns 02 shares will receive 01 new share)

-             The number of bonus shares distributed to shareholders will be rounded down. The fractional parts will be cancelled.

-             Expected issue volume: 15,104,342 shares

Place of payment:

-             Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-             Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Van Phat Hung Corporation (89 Hoang Quoc Vie, Phu Thuan, district 7, Ho Chi Minh). Please submit ID card on receipt of dividend.
