PTK: PTK to be put into warning status

On July 29, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.313/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Phu Thinh Metallurgy Joint Stock Company (stock code: PTK) into warning status as from August 05, 2015.

Reason: The Company’s seal was detained by the police for a long time. This affected the operations of the Company and the interests of shareholders. This is the case of securities warned, regulated at Point 1.1, Item 1, Article 15 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
