KTB: KTB reminded for violations

On July 29, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.316/QD-SGDHCM to remind Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: KTB) in the entire stock market.

Reason: Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company has violated the regulations on information disclosure at Point 2 – Article 7, Point 3 - Article 10, Point 1.7 and Point 1.11 – Article 8 of Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
