-         Number shares before additional listing: 24,920,934 shares

-         Additional volume: 1,246,006 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND12,460,060,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 26,166,940 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND261,669,400,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 09, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
