On July 07, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.266/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: HAP) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 32,260,122 shares

-         Additional volume: 19,260,114 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND192,601,140,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 51,520,236 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND515,202,360,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 09, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
