On July 09, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.274/QD-SGDHCM to allow FPT Corporation (securities code: FPT) to change the listing as follows:

-          Number of shares before additional listing: 345,695,917shares

-          Additional volume: 51,835,723 shares

-          Total additional value (based on par value): VND518,357,230,000

-          Number of shares after additional listing: 397,531,640 shares

-          Total value after additional listing: VND3,975,316,400,000 

-          Effective date of the listing license: July 13, 2015

-          Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends.
