On July 08, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.271/QD-SGDHCM to allow Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company (securities code: DRC) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 83,073,849 shares

-         Additional volume: 8,306,154 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND83,061,540,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 91,380,003 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND913,800,030,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 10, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends.
