4. Total issued volume: 13,282,753 shares
5. Outstanding volume: 13,208,643 shares
6. Treasury volume: 74,110 shares
7. Expected issue volume: 4,402,881 shares
8. Total issue value: VND44,028,810,000.
9. Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume): 33.33% (or 3:1)

10. Financial resource: the capital surplus

11. Record date: July 01, 2015
