-          Par value: VND10,000

-          Ex-right date: June 29, 2015

-          Record date: July 01, 2015

1)             Purpose: to issue bonus shares to raise the charter capital from the owner’s capital.

2)             Detailed content:

• Exercise ratio: 3:1 (Each shareholder owning 03 shares will receive 01 new share)
• Expected issue volume: 4,402,881 shares
• How to deal with fractional shares: the bonus shares will be rounded down, and fracitonal shares will be cancelled.
• Place of implementation:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam Fumigation Company (29 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh).
