PVD: Plan for dealing with fractional shares

Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation announced the board resolution dated June 17, 2015 as follows:

-         Exercise ratio: 15% (or 100:15)

-         Plan for dealing with fractional shares: the number of distributed shares will be rounded down, and fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, shareholder A owns 104 shares on the record date. With a dividend ratio of 15%, he or she will receive: 104 * 15% = 15.6 shares. Because of rounding down, shareholder A will receive only 15 new shares. The fractional shares, 0.6, will be cancelled.
