MHC Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated June 17, 2015 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to withdraw the whole capital contributed in Ha Noi Property Management JSC.

-         The Board of Directors approved a policy on public offering to raise funds:

+         Issuing shares to existing shareholders: Issue exercise ratio: 2:1; Issue price: par value

+         ESOP: maximum 5% current charter capital; Issue price: par value; Transfer restriction: 01 year.
