On 10/06/2015, PV2 Investment JSC (stock code: PV2) announced the board resolution approved on 08/06/2015 as follows:

-       Approving Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh and Mr. Tran Tung Linh to resign from Directors with effect since 05/06/2015.

-       Appointing Mr. Tran Duy Cuong to be Director in place of Mr. Tran Tung Linh with effect since 08/06/2015.

-       Appointing Mr. Nguyen Trong Hieu to be Director in place of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh with effect since 08/06/2015.
