-       Appointing Mr. Le Hoang Anh to be General Manager.

-       Appointing Mr. Hoang Quoc Huy to be Permanent Deputy General Manager.

-     Appointing Mr. Pham Vinh Hien, Mr. Tran Van Long, Ms. Pham Thi Cam Anh to be Deputy General Managers.
