NBB: NBB cooperates with CII

The Board of Directors of NBB Investment Corporation (NBB) approved the strategic cooperation with Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII). Accordingly, CII will increase the holding in NBB by a public tender offer at a price of VND27,000/share at least.
