Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company has contributed capital in Xalivico Co., Ltd as follows:

1)     Name of the subsidiary in Vietnamese: Công ty TNHH Xalivico.

-  Name of the subsidiary in English: Xalivico Co., Ltd (*)

-  Address: 233 Nguyen Trai Street, Thuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, HCM City.

2)     Charter capital: VND1,560,000,000 (Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company contributed 26% of the charter capital).

-  Mr. Phan Phuoc Thang was authorized to mange 26% capital of Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company in Xalivico Co., Ltd.
