ELC: ELC to issue new shares to raise capital

Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation announced the board resolution dated June 04, 2015 regarding a stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital:

-          Issue ratio: 8% (100:8). Each shareholder owning 100 shares will receive 08 new shares.

-          Estimated maximum issue volume: 3,032,272 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Total issue value: VND30,322,720,000.

-          Stock type: common share

-          Financial resource: the capital surplus.  

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled. 

-          Issue time: in June – July 2015, after receiving the approval from the State Securities Commission.
