-         Number of outstanding shares before the issuance: 6,735,000 shares

-         Issue date: from January 16, 2015 to January 26, 2015

-         Expected trading date: after 36 months from the date when the Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces the approval for additional listing.  

2)     Result:

-         Number of distributed shares: 6,735,000 shares

-         Number of distributed employees: 299 shareholders.

-         Total number of current shares: 488,643,175 shares.
