DIC: The issuance license extended to March 31

On February 10, 2015, the State Securities Commission approved to extend Issuance License No.110/GCN-UBCK dated December 02, 2014 of DIC Investment and Trading JSC to March 31, 2015. During the extension, DIC must complete the distribution of shares.
