7. Approve the selection of Vietnam
Auditing and Valuation to audit financial statement 2015
8. Approve the agenda of annual
General Meeting of Shareholders 2015: Sending invitation letters and materials
to attendants as follows:
- Invitation
to the annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 (placed in a national
newspapers and a local newspaper in successive installments
- Materials
related to the annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 will be loaded on
website of Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Company 07 days before the annual
General Meeting of Shareholders occurs
9. Approve contents of project for
Complex of shopping centers, Offices and Apartments at Vinh Tuy Bridge; project
for shopping center, market, supermarket and office for rent in Xuan La
- For Complex
of shopping centers, Offices and Apartments at Vinh Tuy: Authorize the Board of
Directors to direct and decide the implementation, cooperation, transfer of a
part or whole project in order for the best operation condition of Song Hong
Construction Joint Stock Company
- Project for shopping center, market,
supermarket and office for rent in Xuan La: Authorize the Board of Directors to
build a welfare market of 03 – 05 floors and request Tay Ho People’s Committee
to recommend other location in the District to deploy the project for
investment capital recovery
10. Approve the increase of charter
capital: Authorize the Board of Directors to choose the appropriate time to
increase charter capital from 200 billion dongs to 500 billion dongs and have a
specific plan to submit the annual General Meeting of Shareholders
11. Authorize the Board of Directors to
implement it in accordance with regulations of Song Hong Construction Joint
Stock Company and the law and separate above decisions into documents to use in
related dossiers.
