SVC: Setting up a subsidiary Saigon General Service Corporation (Savico) has set up a subsidiary as follows:
1) Name of the subsidiary in Vietnamese: Công ty cổ phần ô tô Tây Bắc Sài Gòn.
- Name of the subsidiary in English: Sai Gon Northwest Auto Joint Stock Company (*)
- Address: 68 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCM City.
2) Name of owner: Saigon General Service Corporation
3) Charter capital: VND20,000,000,000 (Saigon General Service Corporation contributed 80% of the charter capital or VND16,000,000,000).
- Mr. Doan Van Quang, Deputy CEO of Savico was authorized to mange 80% capital of Sai Gon Northwest Auto Joint Stock Company.
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong was authorized to mange 20% capital of Savico in Sai Gon Northwest Auto Joint Stock Company.
