HPG: Decision on the change of listing On June 15, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.225/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: HPG) to change the listing as follows:
- Number shares before additional listing: 488,643,175 shares
- Additional volume: 244,308,244 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND2,443,082,440,000
- Number shares after additional listing: 732,951,419 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND7,329,514,190,000
- Effective date of the listing license: June 17, 2015
