-         Number shares before additional listing: 111,956,779 shares

-         Additional volume: 27,947,197 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND279,471,970,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 139,903,976 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND1,399,039,760,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: June 15, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: to issue shares to raise capital from the owner’s capital.
